WILL MY REGISTRY GIFT BE GIFT WRAPPED?
We are happy to beautifully wrap your gift before it is sent to the registrant. We offer complimentary gift boxing* & satin ribbon on all registry orders.
(*Some oversized pieces may not be eligible for gift boxing - please contact us if you have questions about your specific gift)
MAY I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE TO THE REGISTRANT?
We offer a complimentary gift card enclosure! Before checkout - under the Shipping Tab - in the Comments Box - please include your personal gift message to our recipient.
MAY I SHIP THE GIFT STRAIGHT TO THE REGISTRANT?
You may either choose to ship your gift directly to the registrant or to yourself. Don't worry! We have registrants' confidential preferred shipping address on file.
To ship to the registrant - While under the Shipping Tab - simply click the Ship To Registrant tab for your gift to go directly to them.
The registrants address will remain absent from the page for confidentiality purposes but that we do have their appropriate address stored to send your gift to.
Also please note that the shipping state will display as Missouri as a default - please disregard this - your gift will be shipped to the appropriate state of the registrant.
To ship to yourself - Please follow the shipping prompts accordingly. You may either choose to pick up your gift in our St. Louis boutique, for which there is no shipping charge, or ship it to yourself.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email provided during checkout whether you ship to the registrant or directly to yourself once the order has shipped.
HOW DO I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?
Orders over $250.00 as well as all Herend orders are eligible for free shipping. Complimentary personalization on bottom is also available for all Herend bonbon & figurine orders. Please put what you would like on the piece in the comments box during checkout.
