Position: Boutique Store Manager

Our unique handcrafted pieces are made-to-order and shipped from our Saint Louis studio. Our mission is to make dinnerware, gatherings & gifts more beautiful, durable and meaningful! In order to further fulfill our mission, we opened a flagship retail boutique in April of 2017 where we carry internationally acclaimed tabletop brands such as Herend, Royal Crown Derby, Baccarat, & Waterford. Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Sasha Nicholas Creative Director, Production Manager & Marketing Department to fulfill the mission of our company

  • Establishing and reaching sales goals, tracking and evaluating sales goals/promotions, and reviewing Accounting (Utilizing Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online to accomplish these tasks)

  • Responsible for leading the Boutique sales team including any HR related questions and smart scheduling

  • Responsible for documenting, assessing and ordering Boutique supplies and inventory

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Boutique customer’s experience from first contact through receipt of their order

  • Sales experience & customer relationship building will be employed during all points of contact including phone calls & all digital correspondence to promote our company’s products & core values

  • Assist with social media campaigns  

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and refined professional writing skills

  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel

  • Must be well versed in Quickbooks

  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently

  • Possesses proven problem solving skills

  • Must have management and HR experience and have an excellent understanding of how to lead a team

  • Must have excellent knowledge of luxury brands

  • Must be customer focused

  • Possesses organization and time management skills

  • Practices attentive and active listening

  • 1 – 2 years of customer service training

  • Ability to maintain composure and positive attitude during hectic times is essential

  • Social media experience a plus

 

Working Conditions:

  • You will be working in our retail store located in Ladue, Missouri

  • You may be asked to carry objects up to 15 lbs

  • You will be expected to be available Tuesday through Saturday. No evening hours.

 

Hourly Rate:

  • Salary commensurate with experience
